Shayda Zaerpoor Le, Oregon Fellow and partner at Barran Liebman, recently participated in a March 2020 Thought Leader Forum focused on employers’ legal risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the panel, Portland Business Journal Publisher and CEO Craig Wessel sat down with Le and three other professionals to discuss business strategy and ways to limit legal risk while operating during the crisis.
Ms. Le advises employers, management, and higher education institutions on a wide range of employment issues and litigation, including trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, wrongful termination, discrimination, policy review, and workplace investigations.
