Kevin O’Gorman, Texas Life Fellow, has been appointed to the leadership of the United States Council of International Business (USCIB) / ICC USA Arbitration Committee for a three-year term. In this role, Mr. O’Gorman will serve as the Chair of the Southern Subcommittee, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

USCIB/ICC USA is the US national committee to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and serves as a contact point in the United States for the ICC’s multi-faceted dispute resolution services. The Arbitration Committee consists of all corporate, law firm and organizational members of USCIB who are interested in learning about and becoming more involved in ICC’s dispute resolution services in the US.

Mr. O’Gorman is currently the US Head of Arbitration for Norton Rose Fulbright.
